Statement of Impartiality

In order to ensure the impartiality of the inspection and testing work of WEIPU Technology Group, to issue fair, scientific, effective and standardized testing data certificates to the society, to safeguard national interests and the legitimate rights and interests of the people, and to achieve our quality policy and objectives, WEIPU Technology Group hereby makes the following statement of impartiality:

a)Strictly implement national policies, relevant laws and regulations, and the accreditation and certification requirements for inspection and testing institutions (laboratories). Take testing data as the basis and law as the criterion, remain free from any external influence and interference, and uphold an impartial position as a third party.

b)We will not issue data or results with certification function to the society without authorization when changes in the environment, facilities, equipment or personnel render us unable to continuously meet the qualification accreditation requirements.

c)We will not issue report results without inspection and testing; we will not tamper with data or results or issue false data and results; we will not forge or falsify inspection report results.

d) We will not transfer, lease, lend, forge, falsify, misuse or rent qualification certificates and marks; we will not use expired, revoked or cancelled qualification certificates and marks; we will not forge or falsify the seals of inspection and testing institutions or the signatures of inspection and testing personnel.

e)If the qualification accreditation authority orders us to make rectifications and requires us not to issue data or results with certification function to the society during the rectification period, we will carry out the rectifications conscientiously in accordance with the authority's requirements, and will not issue data or results to the society without authorization (where applicable).

f)We do not engage in illegal activities such as recommending products to the society or conducting product supervision and supervised sales.

g)All personnel of the company shall not participate in any activities that may impair the independence and credibility of testing judgments; shall not participate in product design, development, production, supply, installation, use or maintenance activities related to testing projects or similar competitive projects. Personnel engaged in inspection and testing activities in the company shall not engage in the same type of inspection and testing work in other inspection and testing institutions.

h)All personnel of the company shall not be subject to any improper commercial, financial or other pressure and influence from internal or external sources, and shall prevent commercial bribery.

i)) All personnel of the company shall strictly implement the provisions of the Quality Manual and the Procedure Documents, abide by professional ethics, issue data, certificates and reports, and achieve scientific management and quality service.

j)Establish and improve various rules and regulations, strictly implement open working procedures, ensure fair, accurate and scientific work quality, and be responsible for the testing data and results. Adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, correct errors whenever found, and seriously and rigorously handle various non-impartial issues.

The Company undertakes to publish this statement through its official website, official Weibo, official WeChat or other public channels, and to be responsible for the authenticity of the statement.
